The sales division at NorStar currently consists of a Retail Sales Manager, three full-time Supply & Install sales representatives as well as a full time Sales Co-ordinator.
Together, they will understand your needs, organize an onsite (or in store) visit, search out your best possible pricing opitons, prepare a detailed contractual estimate and review it with you.
Once signed, they then work with the scheduling staff to ensure your safety conscious installation team is well informed, work with the field supervisor ensuring quality control and that expected deadlines are met. At any point and time you have a direct line to your project team just by calling the office.
